America’s healing son helps heal another
University of Louisville national champion Kevin Ware visited the daughter of John Boel after her leg was shattered in a traffic accident. #L1C4 Here's John Boel's caption for this photo: "In the end, we're not measured by points or titles. It's what we do for others in need. U of L's Kevin Ware heard about Brianna Boel's fractured skull, wrist and horribly broken leg after being hit in a crosswalk, and offered to come to Kosair and show her how the rods implanted into her leg will not kill her dreams. Sheryl Crow was in our building as a guest of Coyote Calhoun, playing a 4 song set for our employees. She's gorgeous, fit, and smells great. TRIPLE CROWN! Here is her new single "Easy" SONG SET AT CLEAR CHANNEL: Easy, Strong Enough to Be My Man, Waterproof Mascara, and If It Makes You Happy Sheryl's singing voice is still terrific. She told a bunch of stories about her life, kids, songwriting with Brad Paisley, and her health scares. It was a terrific show for about 20 employees who happened to be in the office. With the highest number ever recorded by the PRP group, I stuck it in my pocket for a keepsake. The "percent change is out of frame but reads +1.23% PRP's all-time total of $7,301,168.14 encompassing 1959-2013 is completely staggering. The first year that PRP crossed the $50,000 mark was 1977 (+23.7%).
