Tom Brady tried to get the wildcard W, but Ryan Tannehill and Derrick Henry slapped it away from him #TENvsNE pic.twitter.com/8eSqDm4bOz— BetOnline.ag (@betonline_ag) January 5, 2020 The Patriots dynasty of cheating and arrogance ended with a thud last night. The Tennessee Titans beat the New England Patriots in an AFC wildcard playoff game. Bill Belichick was cursing, Tom Brady was sullen. The Boston area crowd was silenced. Many think that the 6 time Super Bowl Champion quarterback and his surly head coach are breaking up. Belichick is fine but his QB will turn 43 before next season. Bye bye, Tom Brady. Leave the goat parked out back. Lamar Jackson will be by to pick it up later. tom brady and the

The University of Louisville's only Heisman Trophy winner Lamar Jackson got his first NFL start today. The Baltimore Ravens' rookie phenom played very well to lead his team past the Cincinnati Bengals, running for 120 yards and passing for 150 more. Ravens head coach John Harbaugh is pretty happy about his burgeoning star. The University of Louisville has a quarterback controversy. Should we go with Puma or Malik? They're both great athletes but that's not the real controversy. The real issue is how do we grab more national love like we enjoyed during the Lamar Jackson days? When Lamar was churning out yardage for the Cards, we were kings. Every highlights show went three layers deep with love for Louisville. We've got to find another lightning bolt talent like Lamar to bring the joy back or interest will keep slipping. Even the Kentucky basketball coach couldn't stay away from Lamarvelous. But don't expect any recruiter, assistant, or head coach to shoot straight with us. They talk mumbo jumbo all across
Lamarvelous was brilliant versus Kentucky in the regular season finale. This early scuffle occurred when UK linebacker Jordan Jones, who was not involved in the tackling of Lamar Jackson, decided to step in and ram his helmet into Louisville's quarterback. Jackson shoved Jones. Jones shoved Jackson. UK fans cried that they BOTH should have been ejected. Watch the video without your blue glasses. When an anger management candidate like Jones walks into a space where he does not belong and initiates contact, expect that contact to be answered. I'm glad neither player was ejected. Louisville benefitted from two subsequent personal foul penalties committed by Jones. Thanks, Jordan! We had fun! Lol My boy Lt ? https://t.co/kMxJZE2H5P— Lamar
Lamar Jackson was doing more Lamar Jackson things for @UofLFootball today. pic.twitter.com/W1dk4xttT6— ACC Digital Network (@theACCDN) November 25, 2017 Lamar Jackson kept Louisville from a complete crash-and-burn during its parade of basketball and academic scandals. Thank God for Lamar. His complete domination of UK in the regular season finale was brilliant. .@uoflfootball celebrates their win over #Kentucky in the #GovernorsCup game. @KYNewsNet @840WHAS @KYNewsNet @CardsRadio pic.twitter.com/Mb9JocNtwq— Will Clark (@WClark840WHAS) November 25, 2017 And Lamar's brilliance shone all season. My prediction is that Lamar has
First team All-America, Heisman Trophy, Walter Camp Award, Maxwell Award, and AP college football player: it's been a pretty solid week for Lamarvelous. Swirling through his victory parade after winning the Heisman Trophy, University of Louisville quarterback Lamar Jackson visited Dan Patrick, one of the best interviewers in sports. Great stuff considering that Lamar is one of the most shy superstars in college sports. Patrick did a masterful job of pulling info from this humble student athlete. University of Kentucky basketball coach John Calipari was also scheduled for the December 12th Dan Patrick Show. The UK coach and UofL quarterback talked about next week's rivalry basketball game between their schools. Cal tweeted a photo he took with Lamar, then heaped
NEW YORK - University of Louisville quarterback Lamar Jackson won the Heisman Trophy, a first for the university. Only 19, Jackson became the youngest winner of the award in its 81 year history. His 526 first place votes easily outpaced the 269 first place votes sportswriters and athletes generated for runner-up Deshaun Watson of Clemson University. Three other finalists were invited to the ceremony but their numbers were dwarfed by Jackson's 2,144 overall vote total. Prior to the award ceremony, the humble Jackson met the media to talk about family, football, and New York pizza.
It was a swagger switch no one anticipated...totally Trumpian in its scope. Ever since Donald Trump won the presidential election, the football fortunes of the University of Kentucky and University of Louisville turned in completely opposite directions. UK is soaring and UofL is imploding. Mark Stoops' Kentucky Wildcats were 25 point underdogs coming into Louisville's stadium for the regular season closer. Kentucky spent the season climbing out of its own rubble of unexpected early losses to eventually become bowl eligible. Louisville was sniffing the national championship playoffs until the Houston Cougars destroyed them last week. But at least UofL quarterback Lamar Jackson remained the prohibitive favorite to win the Heisman trophy. He even struck the pose
The Clemson Tigers snapped the perfect season for the Louisville Cardinals during a fierce finish where UofL was positioned to win. With less than :30 remaining, UofL receiver James Quick came up one yard short of a first down near the goal line. Clemson took a knee to run out the clock and remain undefeated, moving to 5-0. Louisville falls to 4-1 and trails Clemson in the A.C.C. You know the Beasman is loving every minute of Louisville's hiccup. THE BEASMAN loserville loses to Clemson (laffs hysterically) I LOVVVVVVVVVE IT! THANK YOU, CLEMSON! ALL US GOOD & CLASSY WILDCAT FANS LOVE US SOME CLEMSON TIGERS FOR PUTTING A STOP TO U OF SMELL’S PERFECT SEASON.
